"WHAT MUST I DO TO BE SAVED?"

Salvation is simple, but not cheap. It cost Jesus Christ everything so that salvation would offered to us freely. God has made His salvation available on the basis of a person's faith which even a child can exercise. Everything is on the same level in the eyes of God, and all must come to Him on the same terms (Romans 3:19; Galatians 3:22).

ADMIT you are a sinner. Admit to God that you have sinned and disobeyed Him.

Romans 3:23  For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.

Romans 6:23 The wages of sin is death (everlasting punishment).

No sin is allowed in heaven.

BELIEVE that Jesus Christ died on the cross and rose again.  His blood was shed to pay for your sins.

John 3:16  For God so loved the world that He gave  His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him shall have everlasting life.

Romans 5:8  But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Because Jesus loved you so much He took the punishment for you so you could be forgiven.

CHOOSE to trust Jesus Christ alone for the forgiveness of your sins.

Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Romans 10:9  That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

When you trust in the Lord Jesus Christ alone to save you, God forgives you!  You become His child, and He promises you a home in heaven forever!
